Because of Russian troop movements on the Crimean peninsula, the Ukrainian government is calling on its army personnel to be ready for action. More and more Russian soldiers are being brought into Crimea by military vehicles, some of whose license plates have been removed. Western countries consider this military presence as aggression. “We are on the brink of disaster,” says the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Arseniy Yatsenyuk. “President Putin is well on the way to instigating a war between two neighboring, friendly states.” *
